Cheri Chavez
Cheri Chavez is a veteran and accomplished real estate professional. She has been delivering the highest quality of real estate knowledge and customer service for over 29 years.
Cheri was driven to pursue real estate from her passion for aiding those in need of an honest agent who has their best interest in mind. By being in the industry for over 29 years, she has seen the highest highs and the lowest lows of the market. She yearns to put that experience to all of her clients best use.
She’s works for one of the most reputable Real Estate companies in Dallas-Forth Worth, Coldwell Banker Apex. Cheri has also been published in D Magazine as “Top Residential Real Estate Producers” in 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and “Best Real Estate Agents” in 2020.
Cheri has raised 6 kids in the Dallas-Forth Worth area and could see herself no where else. She enjoys spending her free time watching baseball and seeing her favorite team, Texas Rangers, play.
JD Chavez
JD Chavez is a licensed and proficient real estate agent. He knows how key a home is for long-term cheerfulness and has invested his career in putting people in the house they’ve always dreamed of.
JD was driven to pursue real estate from his passion for helping people during life-altering times and to work with real estate veteran Cheri Chavez. He specializes in helping new home buyers and those who are looking to sell their current home and buy their dream home.
He studied at the Brigham Young University - Idaho and then moved on to work for one of the most respectable Real Estate companies in DFW, Coldwell Banker Apex.
JD loves the Dallas-Fort Worth area and was born and raised in Plano. He moved back to DFW with his family of three as soon as leaving college. When JD isn’t working, he enjoys watching basketball and seeing his favorite team, Dallas Mavericks, win.
